Black Salt, dhoti ko store ma painchha ki, give a try...or go for alternatives...U will definitely get Pudin Hara, if not Hazmola.

That is rock salt, (black - "birenoon" and white -"sirenoon"). Rocks of salts are collected in the mountains (not produced on sea) and broken into smaller pieces before they reach to market, as you can see in the movie Caravan, The Himalaya which is based on the story of trading rock salt for food.

black salt slightly better than common salt for high blood pressure? Or is it the white salt.. or mountain salt.. ... i forgot which one... any idea?

whey is mahi which is called butter milk in usa. any grocery store carries butter milk.


in nepal we used to call ladies finger for Eggplant


                                    green corriander for Cillantro


                                    capsicum for green bell pepper


                                    green onion for Scallion


and more n more
