Have you read the recent news:

The government has decided to confer Indian army Chief Deepak Kapoor with the title of honorary general of Nepal Army. A cabinet meeting held on Wednesday evening took a decision to this effect.

President Dr Ram Baran Yadav will award the Indian Army chief with the title during the latter's visit to Nepal later this month.

The Nepal and Indian armies regard each other’s chiefs as the honorary generals of their own armies mainly due to their centuries-long close
ties.

Is this part of a bigger conspiracy to make Nepal a province of India eventually? It's extremely suspicious to me and I believe it might be one part of the conspiracy. I don't see Nepal gaining much from this while I see India has an advantage since they have the upperhand due to presence of their bigger Army. We do have to understand that the current  Army General of Nepal is probably happy with joy (chinese accentlol). The Indian army and others must be Happier with Joy.

But why this step and why now? It makes one ask.
