Somebody hit on the back side of my car last week when i stopped car on yeild sign. I called the police and took the police report too. Since I was the victim, I called the insurance company written on police report and I found the insurance was already cancelled a month before the accident. They said that they are not resposible to pay the damage of my car since the insurance policy is already cancelled. I contacted to my insurance company too and they said they can't cover the damage since i have only liability insurance policy. I tried to cantact her but, she never answer the phone. What I can do in such condition to get the money from  her? What kind of legal process I can proceed to get paid from her? Anybody have any idea.
