Did anyone filed AOS from DV 2010 and got there GC please post what are the procedure as I am also waiting for my visa number to be available. Can I do my police report and medical check-up right now or I have to wait until my visa number becomes available. when do I need to pay my DV fees also? I will be very thankful for a productive answers.

m filing for dv 2010 aos as well. So far my biometrics is scheduled for 2nd week of may. Whats the range of ur case number. n also go thru the forum mentioned above.

mine is in the range of 25 thousand and the number current for Jun according to the visa bullitin is 19550 for ASIA. where are you from anyway,

mine too is 25 thu but as per the visa bullitin the number current for july is 23500, you might be current for aug or sept . As you are doing AOS i think you need to sent the money and all other along with the form you get in the 1st letter package. But I am not sure coz i am doing CP
