Someone is trying to take DV picture, but because of shadow, background and other issue, even they tried to do something like above. Someone is holding white cloths for taking picture. Are they successful? No idea.

I got my photo taken in Walgreens but they refused to give me a digital one. So i have only hard copies. Would it work if i scan them and use it?? Thanks in advance.

I also went to wallgreen for photo they were ready to give me digital copy. I requested them if i can use theirs white curtain for a minute so that i can take couple of pics . They were kind and let me take the pics. I took it.

After that i used photo editing tools ( photo impact) Downloaded from internet for free.
STEPS:
1) open pics in any editor.
2) corp it according to pics requirement.( look in dv requirement of pics, height from top of head to chin, blah blah blah  )
3) once you have desired pic change the dimension of pic into 600X600 save it.
4) while saving you can reduces size  to less than 240 KB .( at least in photo impact software)
