My H1b approved as a part time bases on November, but my company is giving me less hours and less hourly rate than mentioned in the petition (Prevailing wage). It’s been more than a month now, will there be any problem to me if it continues and what happens if I need to transfer to other company. Please give me some suggestion about what should I have to if it will become a problem in future.

Yes, your company will face serious legal consequences and if you decide to stick with the same company you will not get your H1B extension. As far as you transferring to another company,I am not sure about the dynamics there...consult your lawyer asap as to how to rectify the situation, if at all possible...do not delay..
