Employer must conduct recruitment for the petitioned position; 2.Mandatory recruitment: two Sunday newspaper ads (or one Sunday newspaper and one journal in some cases) and a 30-day job order with a state labor office; 3. Three additional types of recruitment activities for professional positions; My employer only completed Mandatory and one additional What happens if case is filed in this situation? Is additional recruitment process necessary??? Please share your experiences!! Thanks!!

You don't wanna regret later on by not going through additional recruitment steps.

You didn’t mention which additional step your employer went through but tell them to go through all 3 steps. I had the following 3 additional steps.

1. Job posting at employer’s website. (free)
2. Job posting at employer’s office (For referral through employees) (free)
3. Job posting through private employment (300 bucks for employer)

For mandatory they did following 1) State job order 2) Two sundays news paper 3) PERMPosting notice (somewhere at my employment site or human resource office)

For additional they did only 1 ) News paper website

They have not put on employer website which I think they can do later but attorney has asked them to publish one add on minor news paper but seems this monor one is asking $1000 box for it. My department secratary says it did not approve so are there any other cheapest ways to count for additional????? Need some tricks to convince my department and save their money ......

My company does not have in house attorney. I picked one from outside but he does not have much control over the process he has to do depend on what company gives him a recruitment report....

AS I said my company went for a privary agency ad (for additional step) that costed the company around 295 bucks. So tell ur company to have one on ur company webiste and the onther through the agency. With 295 dollar, ur company may approve to go, otherwise u can tell them that u will pay 295 bucks.
