does any one know about this texas indian consultancy named TEXAN SOLUTION www.texansoft.com  ? they promised a friend of mine for a job, even trained him for $1500 and now its been 5 months they can't find a job for him  and they're not even returning his training money.......job was Oracle DBA...........thanks for your help !!

First of Dhoti companies are always full of fraud. Even US government knows about this.

Now back to point, if he has not had any interview calls then you should not blame consulting companies. In addition to company's effort, it should be himself who seriously needs to upload resume online. Also, resume should be updated online, no matter even if it is just a word change, in daily basis so that his resume will always surface when employers look for candidates on resume sites such as monster, dice, careerbuilder. 

I too had H1B transfered to a dhoti company in one occasion. I never got interview calls through my Indian company. I would update my resume online in a daily basis. I did not have to wait a long to get a new job offer. Whenever I would get interviews, I would refer to my dhoti company to finalize the rate.

Put some effort, it should not be hard especially in Oracle DBA. 

How do you know the management team is full of Bahuns?

IMO,

first of all, if a consultancy asks you to pay for training then show them the middle finger.

A good consultancy, provides you with free training.

And if the consultancy is really serious (or standard or whatever) then imo, it only deals with somebody with good experience, not the one whom they need to train.

moral of the story, never pay a consultancy ($1500 is a serious amount man !), specially the [Disallowed String for - No bad mouthing]ckin corrupt dhotees...

I would like to report this company to the US govt. controlled body, pls pls help me where to report, I'm googling about it aswell........this company's website doesn't even open now and the phone goes to the voice box  of magic jack.......kasto fataha raichha yo sala ta .............

m with this company since 6 mnths or so. they lied to me too. i paid for the trainin for SAP HR n ended up with a trainer who sits in india without any realtime experience. This instructor spend almost 5 mnths n course is still nt completed.So i called these ppl n asked them for my refund or arrange the new instructor. now they arrange a new instructor. i dont know wt gonna happen next. if u wanna talk talk to this guy name anish ( 2107452827).
