i know most of us( if not all) have been through this and we all were told similar kind of stuffs, be it  the orientation that we had in USEF gyuaneshwor or the orientation in our respective colleges.  so lets share..These are the few funny things that i remember

1) NO means NO (in my college)
meaning if a girl says no, than it's now ( where in the earth do they think we r from, we know the difference between making love and raping, dont we??

2)  no underage age
these are the exact words of international student advisor
" you guys are not supposed to penetrate inside  underage, not even with ur land, lips or any other body part"   GWAD I WAS EMBARRASSED, THAANK GOD THERE WERENT ANY NEPALI GIRLS

3) My friends in another university were given a  bottle of cologne and body sprey

Lol no.3 happened to our university as well

1) No means NO, sounds simple but it is not well understood in Nepal; it seems. Remember the news about the Thamel manager who raped his guest thinking they had consensual sex (she said NO since he didn't have protection). Local newspapers and sites like mysansar shared the news as if the manager was the victim. No means NO.

2) This is not as intuitive as it sounds. Underage sex might be crime but it is not as strictly enforced in Nepal as it is around here. Remember that Nepali guy in Dateline? He wasn't a perv, he just wasn't too familiar with the laws.

3) This is funny and offensive at the same time.

NO meas NOW ??

those are strictly my opinions so may not compliment ya alls point of view however they really cracked me up when i heard them the very first time. stiffler daju thank you for sheding some light on each one of the points i mentioned and if you have any fell free to mention them here...
