Anyone has any idea why t mobile custmore service representative are not picking any customer call? I have been trying past three days and i was kept on hold for almost an hour but still no response?

 t mobile sucks! worst carrier ever. rish uthera carrier nai change gardiye maile ta!
try calling them early in the morning, might work.

I am with T-mobile, Dont know now, but had called them last month about 5-6 times, and had no problem. I guess i never waited more than 5 minutes. May be they are practicing to be AT&T.

Tmobile customer servie is better than ATT though. But tmobile really sucks. i am planning to leave their service this summer .

 Try the 877-746-0909 number and press 0 each time the system promts a message. Ignore every thing until Rep is connected,
