 one of the reasons your hair falls a lot is because of tension. so, relieve your tension and stay cool.

I use rogain and nizrol shampoo 2% my hair regrow by80% it's great .

 

 Take a Propecia, but you need a prescription from Doctor. Its a FDA approved drug, if possible get a generic one, premium one is expensive!!!

ginger is good too

wash your hair everyday with head and shoulder.

 You can buy a Pantene Pro-V Shampoo (Flat to Volume) and use it with the conditioner (same brand). It does a great job. My hair has stopped falling every since I started using it. 

Don't use hair gel. 

Anyone used Ramdev branded oil and felt the change?

In my experience, there are several reasons other than tension for hair loss. Most of the people from Nepal after coming aboard, they take a bath in hot water that helps to loss hair. Try using slightly cold water to wash your hair. Next is the use of suitable shampoo. If the shampoo you are using does not suit you, it also helps to loss hair. You should try several shampoo (for some people try soap). In my case I tried some expensive shampoo but finally a cheapest one SUAVE worked well.
Wearing woolen or polyster cap is also not good to save hair.

If you have daindruff, you can put some oil before taking shower.
