There is a court date.But my manager took it.I told korean manager that m sorry, that wont happen again.he told me thats ok.i dont know what owner will tell me.I will see him tuesday only.

Make sure you dont give any information to owner also. When i used to work like urs my boss used to say if somthing happen like that u will be responsible by urself.
did that officer write your college name and college id number too?

 You have to get ticket from your manager and appear in the court in exact date/time with ticket.

 In the court, you have to pledge "Not Guilty" and Judge will assign you next court day.

 If you pledge "Guilty", in future you will have problem in your background check.  

 
In the next court date, again you have to  pledge "No Guilty. In this time you will have an opportunity to explain your situation to the Judge.

Explain him  that you did sell tobacco but you were in training... and it happened by mistake.... and assure him that it will not happen in future...

 
Most probably judge will put you in Probation for one year.

Don't repeat same mistake in probation period.  After probation period your case will be dismissed and it will not appear in your background check..

 

I think in the court they will not ask about your F1 status and you also don't have to mentioned

about it. They will just ask about your case ie. selling tobacco to minor.

 

If you like you can continue to work in the same store, it will not affect your case.

Tell me one thing guys. yedi hamro bro le kam nai chodyo ani court ni gayena bhane ke huncha? coz police might dont have his social or sone other info. yesto case maa pachi problem huna sakcha ; jasto ki nepal gayera aauda immigration maa. so is it gud idea to skip court date and leave work??

 Ok I have not gone through any of the comments given by ppl above as i dont know they have been through the same situation but i have been so here is my case and hope this will help you:

Sold tobacco to minor while in F1 status during police sting operation
Took my licence number and gave me ticket to appear before court
Appeared in court and pleaded guilty paid fine
At the time of going nepal i became tensed because of this problem so i conducted my own background check online throug USSearch
My record came out to be clean
While coming back due to some other reason (not this case) i was taken to secondry inspection and my ssn was enterd in system
Nothing came up...So be sure to do your own background check after this case is done...if its clean dont worry..if not try to expunge it if it is allowed in your state...it will hide it..or ask if you can take any community service thing to make your record clean..in my case they didnt say me anything about class and in my state expungement of this offense was no available...
