 1. Appartment lease if you were smart enough to lease it under the name of both of you.
2. Joint bank account ( I guess you have opened one)
3. Joint tax file
4. Utility bill of your place ( like if you have heat under your name and electricty under the name of you wife)

5) married ko picture
6) 2 passport size picture of husband and wife
7) medical report
8) married certificate
9) proof of birth certificate (if you donot have hospital one, get one from woda or nagarapalika)
10) if you husband/wife donot have enough income get somebody who is citizen for sponsor (check with lawyer).

You can search UCSIS office near by where you live, go online and take appointment, and ask your small confusion it free. Next resource internet, next resources, google fun asia 104.9 radio station which is dallas, texas radiio station, there lots of indian lawyer come on air and you can call during that time and ask small question, its free. Some Tue and thursday Sherin Tawer at 7:45 - 8:15, wed 5:30-6:00 azar and azar.

I think you're asking only Bonafide Document stuffs. In my case, this is wot i sent within packages & made copy of each items to take with me for interview. It was successful.

- Picture of photos with husband & wife ( I copied 6 picture from actual ceremony-nepali style & 2 from court marriage...2 snaps each page on MS word with time & decription underneath as caption style...total 4 MS word pages printed in color from Office Depot...The interview lady was impressed !!! )

- Joint bank account - Opened bank account couple of months ago...put some money there & printed 2 statements online myself

- Lease paper from apartment - first page of the lease papaer where you both sign...& highlight with marker @ signature

- Utility Bills - I called my energy supplier 1 month earlier to put my wife name on it.....&  they did...later i printed my bill online which showed both of our name..& i highlighted with marker again

That was it in my case & it was more than enough.....Having said that, they pay attention for couples...rather than documents. If you guys  donot have big age difference & both from same country....trust me they wont even look at your documents...My interview was 4 min long.
