I needed some suggestion. I'm planning to work on H1B in IT jobs through Indian Consultancies for 1 year and so. I just finished my bachelors. I'm thinking of getting my masters after wroking for some years. How difficult is it to change your visa status from H1 to F1?
Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Join a good program in a good college- transfer from H1 to F1 should not be rejected. Also, make sure you apply for the college before the last day of your H1 termination day. Good luck ~

You must have valid and strong reason to change from H1b to F1. Also, make sure that while changing  status from H1B to F1 you must have pay stub, just to be in safe position. USCIS may ask for pay stub. While you are in H1B, if you do not have job desi company do not run pay stub. Keep this in mind. Think carefully.

Couple of years back they changed my H1b  to F1  easily. But now it may be difficult but depends on the case. I don't think it is impossible to change. If you do not have job in H1b from desi company they do not run the pay stub and at this time changing status from H1b to F1, USCIS may ask for pay stub. In that case without pay stub it may be impossible. In my case  they did't ask for pay stub. But for other people they ask. So, it depends on each case I think.
