1) Lift all bans of communication such national/international telephone, internet, sensorship on news paper
2) Immidetely restore the prior situation of October, 2002
3) Release all poltical leaders, student leaders, journalist who was arrested
4) Resurrection(re-establishment) of House of parliament
5) Cancelation of all contradict laws(bideyek) which revoke right of free-speach, freedom to live, and multipatry democracy system.
6) Declare all properties of late King Birendra and his family public to make late King Birendra foundation
7) Declare all business/properties of King G.
8) Calling maosit for dialog and act for broader round-table discussion including all party leaders,general people
9) Step down all power which King G holds and be a constitutional monarchy like Great Britain
10) Pardon all maosit and corrupt leaders (every own corrupted from poltical leaders to King) to have them final chance to join national greater development and peace process.........



These are some lists, though I don't hope, Maharaja KING G, dear to do it which I had though, you can include some of your top 10 points as you think...........

I wished to see death by hang to all corrupt leaders but that not gona happen.......

The leaders and ruler all are corrupt in Nepal. And even system are corrupt....so how you can take measured on that situation who are corrupted and who are not... they are equally corrupted only different on how much?
The main top is corrupted and naturally middle and bottom too.
On that context, no body going to get punishment and they find loop-hole to get away from it. As happened in past/before, no one simply able to take any measure now to punish anyone.
I don't mean to allow corruption to continue...........

But this things need to change, radically from now on if we wish to to see New Nepal......

Whatever republic or constitunal democratic Nepal..........but not the Autocracy Nepal, which King G illegally(?) ruling now.............

Free Nepal

I agree with hariodada but the grave is the reality of the county. We have long way to go together as Nepali in abroad and in the county. We have long struggle this time and we must not miss handle it. The challenge is for the liberty of our nation and the people - most fundamentally the rights of people in a county where the king GB and his military servicemen are the only bonafide group of people who can cross on us. Here is my thought which is I think it is important to know and be aware about it:

I think the move of the king is unwise and undemocratic. Basically, it is a despotic and paranoid strategic military action against the fundamental rights of people of Nepal.

It is obvious to any thoughtful Nepali by now that unlike the late king Birendra king GB has neither the appetite nor the conditionings for multiparty democratic practices. If he had he could have at list called all parties, press, human rights organizations, and intellectuals? council prior to his action. He could have let them know in this council what he thinks about the security situation of the nation and what he thinks what he is going to do next to bring about stability and peace in the country. If he had called such counseling the impression of it in the county and around the world could have been different. Unfortunately he took the dark-age procedure with the dark forces.

Intellectually, he has not been brought up to have a council of people for dialogue. His political upbringing is to gain political power from secret politics ? policing, military and financial (to secure his position with power). His expertise he has inherited from his father Mahendra, the father of Panchayat Dictatorship. The popular king Birendra had different upbringings from king GB ? he grew up with his grand father Tribhuvan, the father of Nepali Democracy movement, he was well educated and a graduated of Harvard University.

It has to be clear to all Nepali in the country and around the world about the king GB?s inherited appetite for politics and what he wants to do with it in Nepal. We should not make mistake about it at all times that if we love our county for our liberty and have faith in the process of multiparty democracy we have long way to go with our struggle and hope. We have to accept that we have now become in abroad and in the county the captive of the tyrant king and his thoughtless brutal military servicemen. If we are not serious to unit ourselves with our course we may all lose our fundamental rights to be the bonafide citizen of Nepal. We will have to live in abroad and in the county under the permanent thread of GB and his military servicemen. "

If we ever have see the rising sun of democracy in Nepal to grant our fundamental rights first and formost responsibility of people and leaders are to change Royal Nepali Army to Nepal Army. Now RNA is only giving service to the king and his interest and crossing the people in everyway. Secondly, we have to have legilature to indroduce elected district governer and thereby eradiction of CDOs and LDOs, elected district police chief and establish its institutions, elected district atorny and establish its institution - meaning have ruling system automosus from district to village label just as any developed democratic country - like USA, Canada or UK.

We have to introduce decentralization through electrol process and dismantle the old Rana, Shah and Panchayati centralization of control - CDS, Atorines & Police.

In Nepali context: Only True Democracy establish or Save True Democracy from thru this basic process:

(1) Reconsider or Re-write Nepali constitution: "take out Nepal is only Hindu nation...." and re-write democratic Equal constitution. Nepal has many native and other religion, which did not included in Nepal constitution. Buddha born in Nepal but never accepted as a Buddhist country Nepal. Japan, Korea, China are caring Lumbini, not by Nepal.

(2) Modify Constitution ? One cannot be prim-minister of Nepal more than two terms. Presidential term apply like American. So even president did wrong for country and people, Policy will kick him out. Not like Surya Bahadur, Girija, Deuba and Krishna. This is great loop whole in Nepali constitution.

(3) Open National and governmental Racism must end:
Chhetries and Bahuns are taking more than 95% in Nepali parliament, ministries, and government offices where native tribes and other Nepalese do not even have one representation in Nepali parliament, ministries and government offices. There are directly and openly systemic racism practices by Nepalese government. This kind of Racism must be end and Nepalese people must get equal opportunity by constitution and law or legal systems. Then we can make balance in people and a democratic nation.

(4) Record or statistic systems: Nepalese police must have crime and corruption record system for all Nepalese citizens. So based on police crime and corruption record, person cannot be nominate as a director, chief, minister and prim-minister. So this system might filter the best people for the best role.

(5) Establish and implement very strict Law and Order: To control crime and corruption, capital punishment must be implemented even minimum crimes. No excuses. Otherwise, Loop whole will be in Law, order and justice systems. Some kind of very strict law and order must implement to royal families. Otherwise, turn into a Nepali proverb like ? Jo Aguwa u nai Haguwa ?

(6) Establish equal policy, law and constitution: All Nepalese people or all tribes must treat in equal in government employment, educational systems, social, cultural, religion, law, citizenship and political evolvement.

(7) Control Crimes and Illegal activities: India and Nepal must have Visa Entry systems. As long as free entry systems - blackmail, girl trafficking, smuggling and crimes cannot stop.

(8) Crime and Investigation Police (CIP) must establish & implements: To watch, arrest, investigate and persecute Nepalese Corrupted Criminals - this type of CIP must require. CIP must have full power like arrest, jail, investigate and shoot. This must apply up to Prim-minister and ministers of Nepal, Army General and police chief. No one must hide from it.

(9) Cooperation and agreement must establish with International Policing: Nepalese Criminals must arrest from any corner from the world and put them in justice. Like china. Nepalese Criminals should not have any safe heaven in this world.

(10) Implement business monitoring or control system: various TAX collections, market value, fear and fix price systems. Without tax and revenue country cannot run.

(11) Land division by Law, Scientifically and economically: most of the Terai only used for cultivation and industries. Hill must be residence, offices, administration, education, hospital, government building, military, research, technology and national parks. Mountain must be turn into resorts, hotels, and parks. Nepal wealth is forest, natural landscape, farming, wild life, medcine plants, cultivation and tourism. Land division: It might help to manage or utilize land and resources as well as generate national revenue and per capita income.

(12) Basic education must be free and with quality:
Basic High school education must be free and people must be attend high school by law. University educational books, materials, systems must be provide quality education. Not just diplomas and certificates.

(13) Basic daily consumers foods and goods must be cheap or affordable by even poor. But Luxury, entertainment can be expensive. So, maximum poor people can survive by their own, work and pay tax like USA. Basic consumers foods and goods must be affordable, otherwise country will be very serious trouble like today Nepal.


Then after, why do you need fighting or revolution? We can save democracy good way and live with peace and harmony. Then we can sit on a round table and do peace. Then after, we can think together about country development. Key is - we need to eliminate or control unthinkable Nepalese corruption.

I don't care about free press.... But yes, free communication is a must these days. Nepalese people need to be exposed to internet everyday.

Censored press is fine.. but I really want to see the corrupt leaders being tried and sent to jail. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP necessary. Otherwise, things will never straingthened. Believe.

Now don't argue that leaders of past 14 years of democracry never punsihed panchayat leaders. So it seems again the panachayat leaders are coming into the power and thusthey shoudl also shoudl not punish corrupt leadrs of the parties. we need to start somewhere. I don't care who punishes who. But C'mon somebody start punishing the culprits.

King must pick talented and wise people from Universities, College or Other Civil societies, but not only from oldies or old ministers from old Nepalese governments. But these kind of new people must get serious trainings or workshops like Nepalese political information, administrative, governmental, legal system and moral. They must take oath of life and death before they take position in Nepalese government offices.

Because old ministers from old Nepalese government are not clean morally or politically. Those people are already old or weak physically and mentally. Those people are vision-less for the country.

Revival

Solution for Nepal is not a house roof like Peace, Democracy, Human Rights and Freedom. These elements are the bulletproof American and European jackets for Nepalese crooks.

Nepalese have to dig the whole very seriously and find out the root of the problems, and start to find out their solutions.

For example: If you had a leg pain, will it be right to take a tablet for diarrhea. Let?s think. I do not think so.

Only Maoists of Nepal can penetrate his dark politics. He has learned this dark politics when he was nine years old child till his father died with heart attack. Yet his step mom sustained him to practice dark politics that made him alive to stage the massacre of the entire family of Birendra. This dark force is very dangerous. We have to strike hard to knock him down. His backbone is his RNA.

Seeking to hang the corrupt netaas in the current situation in Nepal is like seeking to chop off your body part because of that body part got infected and you kept ignoring it until the infection got so bad that you have to chop off that perticular body part now.
