Hi, My friend's Labor was approved 2 months ago (PERM). But because of some reasons, his I-140 has not been filed yet. Is there any time-frame that I-140 has to be filed within certain days of labor approval? Anyone knows about this? Kattie

I am adding one more question? Is it possible to file a green card with current employer and change an employer during the process? Thanks for any suggestion.

AP98 , i think i have the answer..if the job requirement is for bachelors though you have masters it doesn't matter. The same employer can file. but the thing is instead of being in EB2 you will be filing in EB3.
