Gunda, if you like 1974AD then "Hami Nepali" might be more suitable.

"Rato ra chandra surya" starts off by describing a flag that has the emblems of the Rana and Shah dyanasties (the sun and moon).

(If you google Nepal flag sun moon you still find references to that, although government websites nowadays say that it is in the hopes that Nepal will last as long as the sun and moon... so the official interpretation seems to have changed).

wht is the hami nepali song frm 1974ad?

Rato ra chandra surya does not describe Shah or Ranas. This flag existed long before the Shah dynasty. As long as it does not have words like Shree 5 or Shree 3 or Shah or rana or any other surname, it should be ok.
