Sorry, can't help much. If child is born in US, he/she will autometically become a US citizen. I think, unlike naturalized citizen, citizen who is born here do not have citizenship card or anything but birth certificate. Depending on where you live, it depends but the normal time to get passports is around two weeks. You might want to check US government websites.

with a birth certificate you can apply for a US passport with DOS, and issued within 1 month.

rules have been changed. if the person is illegal, the child might not qualify for the birth certificate or passport. I am not sure but heard something like that. .. you better check www.uscis.gov page for more detail.

your baby will get us passport as soon as u apply for passport but for parents it goona take like 18 yrs once your child is 18 u will get citizenship too
if u decide to keep your child here its fine but if u sent him out of us i mean with your gf then u need to apply visa for your baby and can extent upto 5 yrs not more than that and every 5 yrs u have to bring your baby to usa

get the birthcertificate from city and take the passport from USPS.
that's it. Its easy.
