I highly recommand Oh Mathew. He is just great in compare to any immigration lawyers in US, I can gurantee that.
I have bad experience with Nepali Lawyer in US. I got his name from friend of mine, he is located in NY, his name is Khagndra GC. I called him about the possible RIR conversion and he didn't know that DOL published the FAQ on Oct 6th about the new rules. He insisted me in converting to PERM, later when I said converting to PERM if your case get denied then you will lose your PD. Then I asked him to check the latest FAQ from DOL, he was reading it when talking to me, and made his conversation too short to read the FAQ, as I heard he asked his employee to get the printout of his PDF file. I never will go with any lawyer who is not up-to-date. This is my experience with him, in many cases other people may have found him good and on top, but that experience threw everything out. I am not trying to bash him off, but truth is truth, and this practice is not good enough to get the client like me.
