Is it true that a land broker is supposed to get 5% of the land's total price. Does anyone know about this matter? I would really appreciate it. Thanks in adv.

If you were talking about Nepal,Land broker asks for money from buyer and seller but it is not a rigid rule like 5%...you can bargain it...it will be better to give classified ad in kantipur and deal dircetly and avoid broker...
