have people run into H1B transfer problem...I will have to contact my current Employer before i get the reciept...Can that be a problem??? Please HELP

Why do u have to tell your current employer about your transfer?Just wait till your H1 is transferred.

Yep, if they haven't given you your receipt number and H1 document yet, they may give you trouble if you ask. Because, if they are good employer, the first thing is to mail the H1 document to the employee as soon as it is mailed to the employer.
