I think it is a case of what is called a tearing of "virgin's knot". I know virgin's knot is something similar to chastity belt in girls.. But actually, it is a region in the underside of your penis that clings the foreskin. You may have cut it by accident. This can result in profuse bleeding. But you should be fine.. I think the scientific term is "Frenulum"
