How many roomies do you have? Don't you think it's a little overpriced ($700?)!

  I pay $700, but since I am in a hurry I can sublet the room for $650 or even $600, and pay the remaining portion myself.  The apartment is 6 bedroom duplex, with 2 guys and 3 girls. All the roommates are very nice. The landlord is very nice. Laundry room is attached to the apartment. You'll be sharing the bathroom with one other person.  Lot of nice resturants in the neighbourhood.
