I haven't done  much of research on Pharmacy school, but I beleive the cost is pretty much same. If u have a cosigner, i.e. if a green card holder is ready to cosign a loan for u, getting loan shouldnt be a problem. Dont worry about debt, it can b paid off easily. All professional programs are expensive because the pay is high after u graduate. If thats what u really wanna do go for it.
Good luck

and remember it is a very competitive program so work hard.
