I am using calling card from telenepal since long time. But nowdays i am sick of calling card from telenepal. I bought the 2 card for outside KTM. And I got connected in first attempt. But they allow me to talk for 5 minutes only, when card says 31 minutes.I thought may be one card is like this due to some technical problem but same thing happened with second card too. $5 for 5 minutes I can not afford. And one more intresting thing I tried to call for the support, and who sold me the card told me that we can;t do anything you have to call the customer service. When I tried to call the customer service they never recieve the phone. I tried for 4/5 times every time they put the phone on hold forever. I waited for more than 20 minutes everytime but no one answered and when i tried to submit the complain online, it says page can not be display.

What you guys think about this?

Puzzled ji, TELNEPAL Sucks...i bought  some cards....i hate them. their cards are weired...and stopped buying them. I used to buy from TOMATOTEL....they did enough business i guess...they never return the call and response the email. I decided not to buy calling card from them. QFM, TOMATOEL, TELNEPAL,....sucks, telnepal guy never returned my call once. I had a problem with the card and i called up, he said he gonna call me, he never did. We all have to work together and suggest or tell other sajhatis not to buy cards from these folks...these days i buy from a gas station and do yahoo call which is better for me.  I sick guys..NEVER buy these 3 cards, there are more but these are the worst cards. QFM is the horrible i have ever found.  I decided not buy cards from Nepalese card businnes people.

Good Luck..
