I need your expertise in this regard. Any suggestions would be vastly useful.
I got a H1 from a company but just today I got a job offer from the next company. Is there any way I can join the second company without jeopadizing my status?

you can join any company related to your field that are willing to transfer the H1B into their company, however, you should have worked for at least two months with the companythat originally sponsored you the H1B. Hope this helps. Good Luck!

But I have not yet started to work for my first company yet. They sponsored my H1 and I was planning to start working for them within the next two weeks. I am still in my OPT status.
