Hi,

I need some suggestions and help regarding H1 transfer.

I got my H1 approved this year through dhoti consultancy. I have not been able to get any project yet. However, now I

am getting a job offer from another company that sponsor for visa, and its too late.

I want to know if:

I can transfer my H1 to this company since I have not started to work yet and H1 starts

from October 2008.

I am aslo talking with dhotis but you know how they are.

Can I transfer H1 without even starting the work?

What are the documents needed?

I really appreciate for your help. I don't want to miss this chance.
