हिन्दी भाषामा सपथ खाएर विवादमा आएका उपराष्ट्रपति परमानन्द झाले लामो समय आफैंले काम गरेको सर्वोच्च अदालतको आदेशको आवज्ञा गरेका छन । हिन्दीमा सपथ खाएको विषयमा अदालतमा परेको रिटको विषयमा सात दिनभित्र लिखित रुपमा प्रष्टिकरणका लागि अदालतले झालाई आदेश दिएको थियो । त्यो सात दिन आज पांच वजेवाट समाप्त भयो । तर परमानन्दले लिखित जवाफ पठाएनन ।
तर यत्तिमै मात्र यो लफडा सकिने भने रहेनछ । अब अदालतले उनलाई तोकिएको समयभित्र लिखित जवाफ दिन नसक्नुको कारण बताउन पुन ३५ दिन समय दिने रहेछ । सायद त्यसपछि पनि नदिए ४५ दिन दिने पो काुननी व्यवसस्था छ कि ?
अदालतले दिएको आदेश अवज्ञा गर्नु भनेको अदालतको अपहेलता गर्नु हो । यसको मतलव अदालतले आफ्नो आदेश नमान्नेमाथि अदालतको अपहेलना गरेको विषयमा छुट्टै मुद्धा समेत चलाउन सक्छ । यो मुद्धा भनेको फौजदारी मुद्धा समान हो । यसको मतलव कानुनले फौजदारी अपराध गरेको ब्यक्तिलाई सांसद मन्त्री लागयत सरकारी सेवा गर्न बन्देज लगाएको छ । यो उपराष्ट्रपतिमा समेत लागु हुन्छ नै । अदालतको खुट्टा नकाम्ने हो र उनले ३५ दिनभित्र जवाफ नदिने हो भने सायद उनलाई हटाउन संविधान सभा बैठकमा महाअभियोग लगेर पारित पनि गर्नु पर्दैन कि ?

Parmananda aka Chareshananda:

Nepali should not feel bad our dismay that he is not respecting Nepali court. If you see his history, during his tenure as a judge he even didn't respect his position and let Charesh smuggle loose with bribe money.

I think, he is kind of guy who has be instigated by people above him.... and he will do only those thing instructed by his master. Chareshananda Jha have serious identity crisis... he doesn't know whether he is Nepali or with other Nationality.

I think he is serious guy whose one and only mission is to earn money. His other name should me "mercinary without boarder" who doesn't believe .. country called Nepal exist and he is second highest rank Nepali...

Wake up .. Mr. Pramananda aka Chareshananda... its not good to be high on Charesh all the time... either you take your responsibility as a VP of Nepal or leave and go server you master with another capacity. I think Nepali people already know your true indentity........

He is really a shame for Tarai people....

 

guys, don't expect the sense of nationalism from any of these political parties.

the main problme was raised by maoist at this time. they should have come up wiht some sort of aggrement with UML or NC instead of let FORUM paly vital role in nepalese politics.  this is the great mistake they made. there is noway to trust maoist but i was thinking they might think about the country at this time when madar chut india was playing terai card politics inside the country.

after all, all the political parties proves that political is for power only, not to work for the sake of country and countrymen.

don't expect anything form political parties right now. NC and UML will not speak anyting against it to keep their alliance and Maoist always plays double standard role. so nothign is gonna happen.

almost every country have more than one language but they all agree to adopt one language as a national language. but look at Nepal,  VP said he speak the language of 200,000 people when he should represent 27+ millions people. shame on us.

there is no way except to dump these politicians. trust me, since this guy is not responding to the supreme court's oder, then ...........do u think, he will care?????? NOOOOOOOO

people have to contribute whateve they can to save nationalism and physical existence of country. if we can contribute something, we should do that and i believe there should be some sort of action like "SAFAYA" of maoist.  some leaders from FORUM/ and that Thakur party should bd trashed in order to maintain the law and order in our country.

If the law makers don't follow the rule of law then who is going to follow?Does he think he is above the law or what? By the way who is he? He is not even elected by people. Our laws are already weak and this case will even make weaker. Nepalese have been fighting for stable country that means we want strong  rules and regulations. That means noone must be above the law.If indian Agent breaks the law then he must be kicked out of the country ASAP. Our country has its own identity. We are not Indians. None of the elected ethnic leaders don't have problem to speak in Nepali but this Indian Agent has problem. If he doesn't want to speak Nepali  and doesn't feel proud to  be Nepali then he must go to India to pratice his beloved Hindi. That is where he belongs. How can Nepalese trust on him that he will represent Nepal and Nepalese when he speaks India's official language to sworn. If  this Indian Agent VP wants to practice Indian, he must go to India. He must leave Nepal before Nepalese drag him on the street and kick him out of the country.If he wants to be in Nepal and represents Nepalese then he must retake oath in Nepali and must speak Nepali in Singha Darbaar.

If this VP gets away with this then everyone will think they will get away too. This will weaken our laws even more than before.We cannot imagine to live in lawless country. So, lets unite and give him two options.

1. Either retake the oath in Nepali

2. Or Step down from VP Positions.

He can be VP of Madeshi but cannot be whole Nepalese VP because he doesn't represent most of the nepalese.

What you guys talking about our Vice President's language episode is a bullsh*t dragged along by people like you who want to take advantage by politicising on this issue.  GET A LIFE & GET BACK TO WORK.

This is what the Office of Prime Minister officially thinks about the issue. In a written reply to  Supreme Court, Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers also said that the issue deserves to be scrapped on prima facie by the Supreme Court (SC). (Nepalnews, Kantipur).

This reply came at a time when Girjau is officially  paying  homage to his Indian masters in Delhi. Despite giving a moral support to  "Ek madhes Ek Pradhes"  & 2 lakh new citizenship to people from the southern border,  Girjau feels let off by the Indian masters against Maoists who are going to form a government. However, Office of PM was bold enough to let the steam out of this Hungama and replied in the manner described above to the Supreme Court.

So I am wondering who is right and who is wrong...........???
