Culture is related to the way of life or an event for an entire society and tradition means beliefs or customs taught by one generation to the next.
Dashain is our culture and the way we celebrate it is the tradition.
Nepalese have same culture but they may have different tradition for the same culture. eg some ppl follow the tradition of eating goat meat where as some might not eat meat at all.
hope this makes it clear to you.

Did you think of that question because you were frustrated with life and had nothing better to do?
