arko kuraa...euta dhoti ko resume hereko..6.5 yrs of experience re...6 page ko resume chha...jaba ki usko experience in DB2 is not even 6 days( i know it)...what might be the consequences of this fake resume in the future in case the future employer finds out? or how exactly does the process go?...

hey dude, I just escape from one of the fraud dhoti consultant. I take the training thinking that it will help me to get the job but the things became just opposite, though I trained and get certification but while preparing resume they want me to put 7 yrs of experience and believe me I just have 2 mths of training and when they put me on the market the requirements were so high n tough that you barely know the things and the dhotis would just tell you to google it n start reading the things and this is how the system works dude if you don't put plenty of experience with lots of things filling up the resume paper then you don't receive any calls from the market. Can we not do anything about these dhoti pimps other than just whining here in sajha? Why dont anyone go with a recorder and post the thing in the you tube while they ask you to pad your resume with fake experience, which is against the law? or simply report to their client anonimously.?? Let them understand that they are not in their dhotiland and they pollute the situation whereever they go..

thanks for the info...i am just finishing my MBA and am left with no obvious choice than going into a dhoti consultant...Deep inside I have no intentions to go there..but as everyone else..i may land up with no choice but to go there..

tai pani...just want to hear your experience..i am more concerned about the resume factor...testo fake resume banaaera gaye pachhi pachhi employer le thaha payo bhane ke consequences holaa? you told me that you escaped from them..could you please share a litle bit of your experience? you must have seen another way out to run away from them...

just enlighten me a little bit....khaas sodhne kohi manchhe chhaina...

ya there is no choice for F1 student to get H1 other than joining dhoti consultant or some others....... but one basic thing inorder to protect yourself is not to give your too much information like SSN your EDA card to them just tell them whenever I get project then on the same day I will be providing all the required documents and try to join the consultant where there are atleast 4 -5 neplease ppl as well...... and one thing I learned from the consultant is that in your resume put the experience that you have from Nepal (fake) coz this white ppl dont ask for refrence from the nepal so I want you to make your resume by urself and try to search by urself on dice or carrerbuilder or monster or some other .................... and belive me you will start getting calls, other things that is necessary is how much capacity do you have to convience the ppl on other side that you are telling truth............ this is the main factor to be successful in dhoti consultant..................... Since I didn't have that capacity to lie I left but my friend I don't discourage anybody on those matter coz there are lots of other friends(neplease) who get job n enjoying their life.any way my fren u have a successful carrer a head............
