There is L1 visa, which is basically business visa. If you have one, you can bring ur spouse and childerns as dependents. If you think you can spent 50-100 grand, find someone here in US who can be ur partenrs and file the L1 visa. Or find something that you can start with that amount.
Other things, Just come to US in B1/B2 with ur family and spent all those money to change ur status here. Find a good lawyer There are several ways like -- go to college, file asylum, divorce and get paper marry, or atleast illegally.......(choose wisely)
OR finally, keep on filling DV programme, may luck favours you........

No dude!! Money is not the matter... if that was the case there are probably hundreds of Immigrants who has more than 100k to invest and get a GC. Paisa hoiena brother legal way hunuparyo ni to migrate...Go to uscis.gov and you will find the eligible way to enter US and get a GC.
As far as I know there are 3 ways to get GC if you have immigrant visa easiest is gettin married to a US citizen, 2nd is via a legal working status and 3rd is filing as a Asylee. There are ample of risk in all the 3 choices. You pick yours. And all those process takes plenty of time as well...
Good Luck

Hi Man_Utd bro, It is not easy to save 40-50 K in US with 2 kids and a wife. That's why I'm suggesting you the best way without spending a dime. I'm not sure what kind of Work experience you have. You can post your resume through job hunting sites like indeed. com, monster.com, hotjobs.com etc. If nothing works, finally find desi consulting companies through Dice.com ( or you can get to know lots of them through sajha friends too!). Then try to get H1-B visa ( or change your current visa to H1-B visa), so that your spouse and both your kids ( I'm aware that one of your kids is US Citizen) can come to US legally. After that you can file green card through your employer through EB-1, EB-2 or EB-3 depending on your work experience and degree. So, your first step would be to find a Company willing to sponsor you (you don't pay a dime; in fact some companies might pay your relocation expenses). Then find a good lawyer ( he does not have to be extra-ordinary since most of the processing time depends upon US DOL (Department of Labor) and USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services). I hope this solve your problem if you are writing this seriously. Even if you are just playing since you are high or drunk, I don't mind since I think this will at least help other people in your situations. And moreover, its Friday! You have a very nice weekend!

First, if your son or daughter was born in US and became a US citizen, he or she has to be at least 18 years old to invite or apply for you to get a Green Card. It means your son or daughter has to filled I-130 and I-864 form. Second, if your son or daughter is under 18 and live in the US, then he or she must go to school here. That means your child needs help from the parents--you can stay in the US because of your son/daughter is in school. (You can stay until your child graduate from high school). It means you are still not a residence here, but you can become a residence which takes a long time; again if your son is under 18-- you should go through lawyers. Any other questions, if I can provide, happy to share.
