I am currently in the States and will be travelling to nepal in Jan.09. I need to get my H-4 visa stamped in Kathmandu. But since i am not from Ktm i dont want to spend a long time just for the stamping purpose. Is there a way to get a visa appointment in Jan through other people in ktm while i am here, so that i dont have to stay in ktm waiting for the appointment date. What forms would I need to fill for such a purpose?? Any one been through such a process?? Will appreciate any help.

Thanks.
