Subject: PERM petition
Requested Item from Lawyer: Prior work experience letter



My Scenario:
Prior Work Experience: 3 Years Graduate Assistant
Experience with current employer: 2 yrs
Education: MS




I am afraid my Scenario falls under EB-2 category or not?

when did u filed?


i heard work experience from nepal also count. u may check with ur attorney.


from my understanding, MS is good enough for EB2. one of my friend is also waiting since 5 month. nothine from USCIS yet.

I haven't applied yet! and been just contacted from a immigration attorney for earlier-mentioned items. Well, I was trying to make sure that I will provide them proper documents so that I will fall under EB2 category application.
