I think your employeer should be responsible for any expenses on your labor certification, but for the process after the LC, it depends on you and your employer.

- No govt. fee for labor filing but attorney fee is there. - Current trend shows around 7+ months to get the labor approved (not 100% about the time frame, may take more) - Only employer / attorney can check the case status. but one can check the approval/case status trend at: http://www.trackitt.com
