What will be the consequences if i claim for HOPE credit now since i was senior in 2008 and about to graduate ?

Arrogant,
Hope and Lifetime credit both are for permanent residents and citizens. I have done it in the past. If they find it, you are in deep shit, otherwise you could claim HOPE for now.
