smile 07, on a bowl full of boiling water, dip your balls until it cracks open dispersing all the fluids from your balls in the bowl. Add some chicken/goat balls along with some veggies and spices. Stir it to mix. Have a wonderful soup made up of your meat balls. Smile.

Thanks Smile 07, you let dapulta know that you are seeking shoup not the chatani. Some times we see many advsises and the original thread creator revises to totally new thing. You can buy chicken stock (broath) , add all ingreadient you like ( as per your test), your soup is ready.

i like it this way boil potatoes and mash them up. In a separate pan boil the bones with bone marrows inside. Take the water out and put it in a separate pan. Add chopped green onions, garlic salt and any other veggies you want. Don't forget the soy sauce. Ad some just a pinch of sugar as well.( depends upon the taste), Now, put mashed potatoes in it. And its done! WALA!! The mashed potatoes are also according to your taste. If you like thick soup. Dont even put corriander powder or tumeric.

Thanks Herealone and PoonHill, Poonhill tyeti sajilo bhako bhayeko ta bhaye halthiyou. :-( Herealone, I like your idea. I'll try it soon. Mailay ta yetikai kasailai thaha cha ki bhanera sodhera. Syanjali, different people have different situation. I did not start this thread as a stupid stunt like a lot of other people seem to do. If you do not have anything construstive to add just don't reply. I don't understand how that can be difficult. Bhikhaari leave them alone. Gu lai chalaye ganda bhaneko jasto ho yini haru sanga. Thanks once again herealone, PoonHill and BHikhari

dipulata is correct, that's authentic momo-soup Bhetghat "type" momo soup is as Poon-Hill said, but BhetGhat was famous for Taas hoina ra? Momo, I had there once, but for me momo soup tastes the best when made by dipulata style.

Mostly, I like to response for tax issues and some others , having too much free time I may be poking my view left and right. I Like to put some humors, may not properly as I thought of may aggreviate readers. Sometimes thread goes wild and deviates from the origin and funny parts start then and there. Once you post or response you may have to face bulls*t and which is very common.

Poon-Hill, Bhetghat is in Narayahghat, near Sangam / Sahid chowk. It used to be great some 8-9 years ago, later slowly degraded it's quality, but it still seems increasingly in profit.

I think I had been to bhetghat once, but forgot; but i made momo with the momo soup today it was really good. for the soup, I boiled some tomatoes, rosted some kaju and Til and grind it. I chopped some onion, garlic and ginger really fine and, fried those first. I put the grind tomatoes, kaju ad til and cooked for some time. I put some chilli powder and lemon juice to make it taste like hot and sour, it was really good. You guys can try too. I'm having it now. Yummy Yummy .....
