My computer is probably most slowest computer in the world. it takes at least 30 minutes to open up . when i come home from work..first job i turn it on!!!..change clothes.. go restroom..eat some food.. is it ready to use now..??. hell no!! you need to wait another 5 minute to open the web page . so better idea is to get good sleep...i sleep. next morning .. is it ready ?? i try to open up a page ..it hangs on me ! i need help to clean everything out of computer and make it fresh . can some computer master help to how to clean the whole computer easily .. computer is sony vgn c140g i appreciate your help

Download Malware Byte's Antimalware. Install it and run it. Your computer might have lots of trojan and spyware. Next step is to clean temp files and windows prefetch and registry cleanup. Let us know what AntiMalware finds.

Also, Run msconfig in run dialog box, remove all the unnecessary programs from the startup
|

Huston guy, If possible get your system recovered completely. If you bought new computer, there is a way you can re-install all the system to its factory state. Obviously, your computer is seriously damaged by malwares. It is risky to use such system, as third party on net might have collecting information from your computer.

Just a line: You bought a nice laptop (should have given the Processor and Ram size and the HD while posting). After following those advise you should stop watching youtubes videos, instead of Explorer use Firefox as your web browser.
