Congress is an English word which comes from Latin word Congressus. Congress means a gathering, or assembly; conference or a meeting of individuals.

I know that  word "congress" came from english language but when it  is pronounced in nepali, were we too late to pronounce it with our own native pronunciation calling it "कङ्रेस" which is a direct pronunciation or did we again embrace the indian way of  pronouncing this word calling it "कांग्रेस" like "कांग्रेस आइ अफ ईन्डिया", which is the correct way of pronouncing it? anybody???????
