Army rule for 2 or 3 years and wash away all terrorist and bihari dhotis.

To lower the no. of seats in the parliament. 601 seat is too high also 67 registered parties thats too much for a small country like nepal.
without lowering this number there cant be any stability . political parties would keep fighting like dogs for power and would continue taking advantage of the situation. (like madhesi forum is doing now)
