hi guys,
i am going to start my junior year from fall 2009..... and i have to choose one of the following courses

enterprenuership

global supply chain

organizational behaviour/emphasis on human resource

finance

marketing

strategy


i just changed my major from science to management so can you guys give me some serious suggestions please i will really appreciate your time

dont go for Business degree unclee u wanna do MIS or CPA in Accounting or if u r extra ordinary in Economics......

If u plan to start ur own business then study business other wise dont dare it...no jobs...

go to technical field such as IT and engineering....Job market is bad right  now...but by the time u will graduate...it will improve....

yes it is.. supply chain is not bad...  get your degree in supply chain and get ERP training in supply chain.

well....it depends in ur interest too...

b ut dont bother to graduate in management, finance, marketing, administration e.t.c courses....

if u can go for actuary science....or atleast to IT career.....

if u wanna go back to Nepal....study whatever u want to....its all same shit.....

what is ERP training actually?? and what are the benefits of taking it??
i want to get a job here...want to work here for atleast 10 years then want to go back to Nepal

Given that your interest is to stay and work in the US, I would say it is probably best if you pursue higher studies (even all the way up to PhD) in sciences - Physics, Chemistry, Biology and derivatives thereof - or Engineering.  Having higher degrees in the science and math  related fields will make it easier for you to get job(s) and permanent residency.
