i agree with you ,these things are just a way of tricking neplese living in the US and they do not have proper info about the company and specially the CS people they irritate you so much ...some of them even call late at night when you are sleeping from cell phones and landline nos. they are selling products or what the hell ..can't figure out ..im really irritated and will have a few of my friends do something about it and i hope they are not tempering with the CC info they get over the phone .

Nirvantel needs to professionalize rather then personalise the event of selling calling cards over the phone ..specially the females bugging us with calls and emails .

we would like to request owner of NirvanaTel.com, and the owner RohiaLohit to check on the problems before these things get too serious and may get black listed very soon in the US ,as it is already having a bad reputation with the price and poor services and more over with little info about the company and employees calls and emails ,

don't personalise your company .Have profesionals work for you and not sick callers knocking 24/7 at peoples residence on personal interest.

you talk a lot of sense , you are a man of knowledge .I feel ambarassed to share with you mine and freinds' experiences so please don't waste it here ,
NirvanaTel should not be put to test all alone ,the same experience rather worse ,a female called me ...and she was cool but then she got too emotional calling me after work ..emailing me on personal gains .i know she is doing these to get more business from me and recommend her to my friends but we are no fools.Smoothing her way to states i donot want to mention her name here ...so that boy just asked you to buy a card as he didnot make good business ..but imagine a female getting personal ,she has becomea a laughing stock out here ...among friends ..i can't even enjoy a peaceful weekends with friends ..i curse for getting myself into this. These things should be stopped by NirvanaTel.Restriction should be there .

All I am saying is that Sajha is not the right place for you to lodge your complaint. If it was just a coment ok... its could have been "hey guys beware of this company" end of story. Not write a thesis on that company lasting for eternity is a bit dragging. And my english is not that good either to be comended, my english sucks(according to the literates).

It seems you guys Specially our so called intellectual friend( GP) .. he is either jobless no work at all ……
First of all I am forced to write here cause me being nirvanatel customer …. And being hard core nationalist feel other wise

Lets talk about the nirvanatel card first

1) its cheap ( I think cheapest to Nepal … lot of other companies claim to give 5 hrs( tomatotel) for $5 .. has any one ever talked for 5 hours .. utter bull shit … you get disconnected within 24 to 25 min … heights of cheating people
2) its pinless … and no one gives 8.5 cents for pinless…minimum is 20 cents ( I have done a research when I was jobless .. and trust me guys … its cheap …. There are companies who claim to give 6.5 cents a min or less .. they are lot of hidden cost like taxes connecting charges and stuff … so you land up paying more than 10 cents a min
3) I had few problem in start .. when I became their client … best part about it that I called up customer service .. and they solved my problem .. and answered to all my queries .. only irritating part was that nirvanatel customer cares is picked up by dhotis …. ( nepalis have also starting outsourcing it seem HAHAHA) they said due to some technical problem customer care …
4) It’s the first nepali calling card company .. if you notice .. himtel and tomatotel they both sell other companies card … in commission basics …..
5) The voice quality is good … worth the money they charge … don’t expect AT&T quality from any calling card its audible clear … that really good for calling card
6) It’s a genuine company …. All with registration in america ..and physical address in America … those people who don’t know they have payment gateway of chase bank… and guys I know for a fact … companies like chase … really scrutinize you before opening a bank account there( for companies) … ( I know all this cause I check every thing before even having any monetary transaction with them … you have a problem with them and if you think they are cheating you you can file a complain with the bank and trust me their bank account will be closed … but guys don’t try any adventure like this till you have prove cause if you are worng you will be the poorest person in America and probably you parents have to sell off all your property in Nepal to rescue it ( If you guys are not aware … every time they charge you … your voice is recorded in their system .. keeping it as proof that customer has allowed the transaction …. Welcome to the technology world
So friends Nepalese countryman their is this company who is trying to take business back to Nepal….and giving employment to our nepali brothers and sisters …and why not buy their service and prefer them to other foreign companies ….when their card is good …. And service is good …. It’s a new company give them a chance… be nepali buy nepali guys …. I don’t believe in donations guys … but if there is a service from Nepal why not support it
You guys are free to give you comments …. But why to spoils some companies reputation let it be himtel or nirvanatel …. If we have some personal grievances….

First of all I think I have seen your nickname before and you did lie about just registerd to make a comment on Nirvana. Second thing they (Nirvana ) don't need to keep calling my house 3-4 times a day. Thats my concern. If they are new trying to built a relations without bugging nepali country man. There are 1000's and 1000's calling card sellers from nepal and they have 100's PC phone where they can call with in US and canada for free to do the same way like Nirvana did (now). SO whatever they are doing now is absolutely pathetic to get customers.
Hemendra has been in business for almost 12 years and he does have his own reputation and is willing to hear comments from his customers without bugging them and has a trust on him don't need to worry about giving him my credit card # via his website

hey whatever yu guys say i am also the victim of nirvanatel .some of the freinds give them the phone no i guess..we dont need to sell them they have to .....after i became a victim now i wish i would have seed these messages earlier before i lost my 5 $ for nthing just waste of time ...and increaesed irritation...donot waste time calling customer service..i already complained abt it writing lots of mails..finally they replied but ..they have their own excuses...oh no without talk with none of my family..it says u have 12 mins left ..oh my goodness what a trick .
