Hey guys. We all know how those indian consultancies prepare fake resumes to land someone job and apply H1b on their behalf. My question is what if you don't need H1b, but take the training with them prepare the fake resume yourself and apply independently for a contract or even full time position. If you don't need H1b sponsorship then you can cut out the middle man and get paid more. Has someone ever done that? 

 These days most of the companies are doing e-verify of  job experinces you posted in your resume. Consul. somehow managing that stuff. Randomly HR can call to your prior employee for job verification before hiring new employer but depends on company size.
If you are thinking to apply for state, federal or any deffense related industries they even check your background with Homeland Security which includes job verification also..
Make Sure to apply in small comapnies with your fake resume if you are doing by yourself once you get some real experince then make real resume and try to apply in bigger company.

Many people done that. Just do it!!! No harm.

But if you get full time position then no issue but what would you show for your primary employer if you get contract position?. One option is you can create your own one man company and be a contractor from that company. Many people have done that. Even I am thinking to do so. But for that you need to have either Green card or citizenship
