Exactly, who is making fun?? I dont see anyone making fun either.. I think we, nepalese, just get offended real quick without looking at what's being said.. Anyway, hats off to those nepalese who are trying to explain what happened to the foreign journalist..

i think in Nepali "hasnu" has dual meanings. It could mean finding something "funny" and could also mean " making fun of something".

I do think the video is funny but not something to be made fun of. It did throw couple chuckles out of me. And it had nothing to do with English in particular. If a regula Tarai basi nepali or a sherpa from solu had given the interview in Nepali in their tarai accent or himal accent i would have found it funny as well.

Its not something to be made fun of because we are human beings and it is also human like to find it funny because it is funny.

I found the video funny and i laughed but doesn't mean that i am making fun of them.

If there was not a tragic scene behind, who won't say it is funny. If this is from a movie who won't say it is hillarious.

 I didnt laugh at all. Nothing funny. They tried their best to explain. Kudos to them.

Those who found it hilariously funny probably used to speak like that in the past.

I started learning english from kindergarten so for me it was not funny just sad, but kudos to the effort.

I laugh when the guy in grey T explain by his action, One of my prof. also do the same " explain by action " when he is not able to describe the things better. Here, Laugh was automatic, who ever said people are making fun by laughing are wrong.
RIP for those people .

  I like it ,Those guys tried their best and sweat their balls to explain the incident  ,the crash is not funny of course ,but it was damn funny the way they explained ,but i don't care that  they don't know better english, we don't know every other languages as well .

Yesterday Jay Leno made fun of Sandy. But there was no background scene of Sandy destruction and the audience laughed.

exactly US returnee...i was laughing whole time coz of their facial expression n body language not their accent or d incident...i have watched more than 10times n i still laugh wen i c dis..haha..couple of mnths bck a video went viral like dis..d video of speech by one of d actress after recieving the award..i seriously didn laugh on dat coz it was jst a accent..she was nice enough to appreciate ppls who supported her evn afta bein lil less aware(i guess) dat her english was akward..i felt sad wen ppl made fun abt her......but dis one..lol someone has to b lying if they says they didn laugh...:DDDDD

 Oh yeah we have here "tato tato chiya", we Nepalese have great hospitality.
