Should we need any min. educatin requirement for CA election, if so what is it if not can we voice to Election Commission by some kind of writing? is there anybody who can lead this process.

Good criteria, but they will come up with an idea that there are about more than 50 percent uneducated people in Nepal and their representation should be done by an uneducated leader.

if its master degree than Maoist party along with some other partries will not get 601 candidates
Look at that Rekha Thapa, what do you expect from that uneducated lady in terms of writing constitution.
There are others too, just picking up her name for an example
