I130 file garda G325A Dubai janako bharnu parne bujhnamaa paae. aafule ta samajik suraksha chalaera check ma kaam pani gariyo 1 barsa jati pahile. maile mero G325 bharda kheri mero employment history ko baarema tyo kura ullekh garne ki nagarne dodhar ma chhu. saathai aba maile college gairakhera status bachai rakhnu parchha ki pardaina. kohi estai situation baata aaunu bhaeko bhae sallaha sujhab paau na, dhanya hune thie.saathai process kati jati lagcha hola. college jada jada dikkai bhaisakiyo.

They told me to tell truth. If they find u testifying false info. They might give you RFE to prove it.

You did not asked and only if you are unaware of this information.I happen to know someone who get GC through wife after wife became naturalized citizen.  They filed both I-130 and I-485 and related forms at the same time and received GC in abt 5 month. If you are tired fo going to school you may be better off doing so as well instead of making it a 2 step process.

You are good , " As long as the foreign national spouse ENTERED the US LAWFULLY and then marries a US citizen, any unauthorized stay or unauthorized employment will be forgiven."

Because your wife is a citizen, you may file i130 and I -485 together at the same time. Although it is recommended that you maintain your current status , once you get the receipt of I -485 you don't need to maintain that. Even if you lose your status, it does not really matter. About employment , check ma kam gareko bhaye it is better not to lie , it will be forgiven for adjustment applicants in case like yours. About processing times, 5 months jati lagcha . Just near the completion of my case . Good luck .
