Hi Sajha folks, What is the best way to get the physical documents(hard copy of papers) from Nepal to USA? I am looking at various options and seems DHL is the most common but looks like they charge around Nrs 7500 for Express shipping. If anyone knows other carrier? Thanks for all the input that you would provide. Keep Aspiring Thanks, Aspirenepal

I used Express mail service from Nepal post office ( hulak karyalaya) 3/4 months ago. It costs around 1400 rs.Hope this helps. But it takes little longer time than DHL. It took 11 days to get here in Lexington. I'm not sure if it varies on Location.

FedEx costs around Rs.3000 - Rs. 3500 (2 - 5 business days delivery and mine was delivered within 2 business days). I used the service couple of months back. And do not use DHL - way too expensive for the US. For cheaper option, use Express mail from Post Office as suggested above - it will take more time though (usually 10 business days).

I think Nepal Hulak located in Sundhara would be the best option for you. Go check that out.
