I have an IPAD 2 with Icloud locked. Is there any way , i can bypass the icloud and open my ipad. There are lots of video on youtube , but I found most of them are fake and ask for the debit card.

Not possible at all as hamrosajha says. Since its ipad 2, it has iOS 8+ . you can only use it for parts or return it to owner :)
