Understand and analyze technical requirements to seek qualified candidates with matching skill set.
Cold calling, active recruiting by searching job boards/user groups/job boards/social media, coordinate interviews, closing candidates.
Understand and help execute paperwork/agreements
Good knowledge of US employment tax terms W2, C2C and 1099.
Solicit referrals and follow up with potential talent to place them for appropriate projects with clients.
Responsible for the entire hiring process, this includes-Sourcing, Screening, Phone interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to Account Managers, follow up post On-boarding as well.
