I was surprised at first as well, but they were generous enough say June 24th. I am happy that any Nepali that came even after 2 moth or earthquake are eligible for TPS.

Ok that makes sense. But what is the cut off date? May be until dec 21 2015 I assume. This is great for all Nepalese who were in the shadow or who lost their status.Hope none of the Nepalese will be undocumented after this.

What about the ones in F1..can they come back to F1 once TPS is expired? If not only useful for illegal or the ones who lost the status?

What about those who came to US before earthquake in B1/B2 (tourist visa) who are still in status? Can they apply?

Nepalilaure
I guess it depends upon what status they were on. If they were undocumented I don't see their chance. If f1 status with visa expired they have to apply and success depends on how good standing they were on.

Jaipashupatinath

If I were on f1 I would keep going to college and apply EAD as well. But it's better consult with lawyer or call USCIS help service for TPS
