TPS has nothing to do with our current status.

Documents you need for TPS

I-821 form with I-765 form
I-94
Copy of passport
Copy of visa
Supporting documents such as how earthquake had effect you and your family in Nepal

No need of photo

You need to pay $80 as biometric service charge
As your documents is accepted you are called to take photo , thumps print and signature.

I-821 fee $50
I-765 fee $380

U can buy money order in postal service . in some case check is not accepted so I recommend you to buy money orders.
U need to mention separately , don't take risk.

@nsb

I recommend you to write separate check.

I don't think sending only those documents would be good enough. You will also need to provide an evidence of continuous residence since june 24.

As you are in f1-status, following documents can be used to establish continuous residence.

1) School records
2) Employment records - if you are working in school, then send your pay stub, if you are working using CPT , then send pay stub.
3) Medical records
4) insurance, car registration
5) utility bils, rental agreement, phone bill
6) bank documents.

there are many more. let us know what documents you can provide

Sending your application with documents you mentioned is not good enough. let us know if you need any info.

Thank you Mero- Nam_Ho and Alama 56,
I am not working now but I do have the receipt payment for the tuition and class schedule, I am correctly taking classes for the summer also.

I do have bank account should I just print the bank statement?
I have medical insurance but has not been used recently
I do not have any rental, utility, car and phone bills on my name
Which one should I use?

Its pretty easy. Use these forms and documents, these are enough:
1. I-821
2. I-765
3. $515 (Make a single check; if not applying for EAD, just $135)
4. 2 2X2 Photos (But you will do separate Bio-metric for fingerprints and picture)

5. Passport OR Citizenship certificate OR Birth-certificate (If you have all, send all of them/ make sure its translated if it is in Nepali)
6. Recent I-94
7. Anything that proves your address (Apt bill/ utility bill/ bank-statements/ school records /medical records / letter from official organization mentioning your presence in US || If you don't have anything else you facebook check-in from US location / recent pictures taken in US / Bills / Or ask your roommate to write a letter stating that you are living in USA )

@alama56

School records means - your attendance record, transcripts, letter from DSO, no need to send I-20

@nsb
1) ask your school to write a letter that you are taking classes during summer, if possible ask them to mention your attendance record .(letter from your school should be good enough :)
2) tuition and class schedule should be good.
3) yes, just print the back documents that will cover the june and july- ie from june 6 to july, or june 1 to june 30 and so on..
4)send medical insurance card, it should have your a start data, if not then send that whole agreement from your insurance.
5) I am not sure about photo, as people are telling about it , send the photo too..
6) any grocery receipts , online purchase, if you have changed your address recently then letter from USPS, if you have rented a car then car receipts..

if you still need more info, let us know what documents you are planning to send and we will let you know..

and yeah send your documents with a tracking number.

read the following document, won't take more than 5 minutes, you will get an idea what documents you need to send
